The Tin Witch from Bramble Woods and the Time Lords by Jeremy Beswick. So the Tin Witch from Bramble Woods was a machine made by men a long time gone by. She was left in the woods by them long ago and in that time alone she grew an understanding, she was made without a heart. So she travelled to find the time lords of the floating rock, to see if she could go back in time and ask her maker's to make her a heart, so finally she could feel love.
